Q: How do I pay for my copay?
A: When your medication is ordered, you can pay your copay either by check, money order or credit card. Please discuss payment options with one of our customer care agents.
If the copay for an individual prescription is $5.00 or less, you may have 30 days to pay your invoice. You will receive a monthly statement in addition to the invoice included in the package.
If the copay for an individual prescription is $5.01 or more, you will be required to pay the copay for that prescription prior to shipping.

Q: How are my medications mailed? What states do you ship to?
A: We are licensed and ship to many states in the USA. Please contact us to confirm we can ship to your state. DeliverCareRx uses various shipping options depending on your zip code. We use USPS, FedEx or courier services to make sure your medications get to your home safely and in a timely manner. Shipping is FREE.
Q: Does my copay change if I use DeliverCareRx?
A: Your copay amount is set by your health plan, Medicare and/or Medicaid. If you didn’t pay a copay before, you won’t have to pay it at DeliverCareRx.
Q: Are the medications I am going to get the same as the ones at my local pharmacy?
A: Yes, DeliverCareRx has inventory of both brand and generic medications. Your health coverage and doctor determine if you take brand or generic medications. If the insurance allows brand name, we will provide brand name. If the insurance requires generic, we will provide generic.
Q: Can I order a 90-day supply?
A: Yes, DelivercareRx can provide a 90-day supply of medications.
Q: What is the return policy at DeliverCareRx?
A: Due to State and Federal regulations, DeliverCareRx is unable to accept any prescription medication returns. If you feel there is an issue with your home delivery order, please contact our Customer Care department at 1-855-965-1600. The return will have to be authorized by our pharmacist in charge. Any medication that is returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Q: If I have family members who are interested, how do they register?
A: Each customer must sign up with his or her own account. Just click on the “Get Started” tab on top of the home page. You can also call 866-491-9250 to register.
Q: When should I reorder my medications?
A: Please call us at 1-855-965-1600 to request refills two weeks in advance of running out. Our Customer Care specialists will also contact you via phone to get approval for renewals/refills.
Q: How did you get my information?
A: From publicly available population databases.
Q: I take meds that are narcotics. Are you able to mail them?
A: We cannot ship any C2 controlled substances. C2 controlled substances must be filled in person at your local retail pharmacy. We can ship other types of pharmaceuticals.
Q: Can I transfer a prescription from another pharmacy?
A: Yes. When you sign up either online or with a Customer Care specialist, please indicate that you want your medications transferred from another pharmacy. Just provide us with the name and phone number of the pharmacy you want to transfer from.
Q: Once I request home delivery services, how long will it take for my medications to arrive?
A: After you request our services, we obtain your prescriptions from your doctor and verify insurance coverage. Once the medications are filled, we will deliver them to you. We keep you informed throughout the process, so you will always know the status of your first delivery.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my prescription medication order?
A: Please allow up to 5 days for processing once the pharmacy has received your prescription information and you have been enrolled as a customer. The order will be delivered to your home in 5 to 10 days.
