Marjorie Chen, RPh
Vice President of Pharmacy Operations
Marjorie is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience in the mail order and retail pharmacy spaces. She was responsible for building the infrastructure and operations of two start-up national pharmacies.
As Vice President of Pharmacy Operations for DeliverCareRx Pharmacy, Marjorie leads the company’s operations. Her responsibilities include call center operations, customer service, patient acquisition, pharmacy fulfillment, inventory and purchasing. Marjorie is also responsible for new client onboarding, implementation, training, account management, and client relations.
Prior to joining DeliverCareRx, Marjorie served as the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations for Enclara Health, a national hospice pharmacy and was responsible for the company’s growth from a start-up concept. Her responsibilities included developing and managing the company’s operations. Marjorie built successful teams and developed future leaders to manage call center operations, customer service, implementation, fulfillment, inventory, purchasing, receiving, and vendor relations. As part of the executive team, Marjorie was also responsible for customer relations and account management duties.
Prior to Enclara, Marjorie served as the Manager of Pharmacy Operations for drugstore.com. She was responsible for pharmacy fulfillment of medications and the management and development of high volume operations at drugstore.com’s national distribution center. Marjorie also assisted with managing and maintaining pharmacy licensure in all 50 states.
Marjorie is a graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
